THE IMPACT STUDIO

Impact's beautiful, state of the art Studio hosts a variety of wonderful classes. Here, you will find Barre Intensity, Yoga, Yoga Sculpt, Build a Booty, Mobility, and Indoor Cycling! These group class offerings are included in your membership, making this room a very popular amenity. The studio can provide a beautiful calm for our yoga and mobility classes. When it comes time for Cycling, Build a Booty or Barre- the lighting and music amp up the energy. Our studio instructors are highly knowledgeable and experienced, making all of these classes accessible to all levels and goals. Come join the Studio's welcoming community for accountability, encouragement, fun and help reaching your goals. Our Studio classes will leave you feeling happy, healthy, successful and push you to be better, both mentally and physically.

VINYASA YOGA

All-levels yoga class inspired by vinyasa and Forrest yoga, incorporating functional strength and mobility to mind-body integration. Strong focus on the breath and body awareness.

BARRE

Barre Intensity combines attributes of Pilates, dance, and functional fitness training. We incorporate small isolated movement to fatigue the muscles, large range motion to elevate the heart rate, and sequencing that incorporates upper and lower body to make every minute count. This results in a total body workout that leaves you mentally strong and feeling accomplished.

HATHA YOGA

Yoga Sculpt combines yoga posture sequencing with hand weights and high intensity cardio bursts for an excellent full body workout.

MOBILITY

This class is about stretching with intention in order to optimize your athletic performance. Prevent injury, recover better and improve performance by addressing flexibility, stretching, stability and proper positions and movement mechanics that support your workout. Expect to do a mix of myofascial release, stretching, yoga and some meditation.

BUILD A BOOTY

The studio class that focuses on the goal of building a well-rounded and balanced lower body! Using a loaded barbell, dumbbells, resistance bands (and more!) we will target your glutes, hamstrings, quads, and calves. This a strength-based class combined with high-impact cardio moves, so don't be fooled - you will leave sweaty and WORKED!
