FIND YOUR FLOW
Choose from a variety of yoga styles designed to meet you where you are.
Hatha Yoga
Hatha yoga is the foundation for many other styles of yoga practiced today. Hatha yoga emphasizes mastering physical postures (asanas) and breathwork (pranayama), laying the groundwork for more advanced practices.
Hatha yoga classes can vary depending on the instructor and their focus. Some classes might emphasize gentle stretches and relaxation, while others may incorporate more challenging postures or a faster pace. Generally, Hatha yoga is designed to be accessible to beginners and people of all fitness levels.

Over 15 years, her personal practice blossomed into a desire to share yoga’s transformative power with others. Her journey took a meaningful shift when her mother suffered a stroke. Inspired to help her and others facing brain injuries, Tami earned her 200-hour yoga teacher training (200YTT) and transitioned from a corporate career to teaching yoga full-time. Tami created a yoga therapy program that has helped trauma survivors find peace and strength. She also partners with the United Stroke Alliance, traveling to Stroke Camps across Arizona and Colorado to bring yoga’s healing benefits to survivors and caregivers. With a passion for diversity in teaching, she has guided classes in senior chair yoga, adaptive yoga for stroke survivors and amputees, and yoga therapy for those facing PTSD, anxiety, and depression.
